Anyone know a URL forwarding service?

I register with OnLineNIC and they make a charge for URL forwarding at the moment. I don't want to move from them but I want to forward about 200 domains and I don't want to add them to any of my existing servers.

Does anyone know of a good (non-registrar) forwarding service, or shall I set one up myself?

I don't understand how they are making money. They must do something with the traffic. Possibilities are -

    shaveing
    adding popups
    creating false 404s
    stealing country traffic
    spamming referring urls

Do you know which (if any) they may be doing.

I think I would prefer to pay for a service and know what is happening.
