I'm thinking of putting a blog on one of my city sites. What would be the best blog software for this?
I found b2evolution that seems to be ok and it's free.

| I installed version 2.3.3 then it looks like they just made version 2.5 official so I installed that one.

This is a great program. Does anyone know how to set this up where users labeled as contributors don't moderate comments made in their blog posts but the admin does?
