I do not want customers to go to paypal's site to register. In order to do this I need to buy an ssl certificate. There are so many out there from 25-4500$.

Any suggestions?

Well, I think if you only need to pass info to your merchant account provider before ordering, you can get one of the SSL 123 that some sites sell. Let me know if you need more help
