NOTE: Video gallery is now being worked on as well as an area for users to create new skins in CSS and save them. They can allow their visitors to change skins or they have the option of locking a particular skin etc.
No it is running fine for me and the programmers.
I dont think we restarted the server or were doing any really bandwidth intensive so maybe it was the connection.
I have been on for a few hours and it is up so if you dont mind please try again.
Thanks
John

Hi ToGoodHealth,
Yes, I went back and registered. I like some of the images there and couldn't read the language but I enjoyed seeing the photos.
Yes, it was up and running smoothly.
Only problem, well maybe not a problem, is that I would like to be able to "register" and then after registration, logs me out or sends me a confirmation at my email address I left so for one thing, I have something I can refer to, to look up my username or password if forgotten.
And after registration, it logs me out so I can log in and find contents easier.
After I registered, I had to pull down the page to find something that said welcome but then I couldn't find an entry comment area too easy. Actually I went thru the main page index to find an area to put a comment.
I'll come back again soon.
Later, Wired

Great feedback!
There should have been a confirmation email sent. I will be sure it includes the username so people have a reference. I agree that this is important and I save all of my registration conirmations in a folder so I in case I forget.
The other issue was due to piggybacking domain names. Once you logged in you were being redirected to a different domain and it was set up so that when you changed from one domain to another you were logged out. This is being fixed right now.
Thanks

I visited your blog beta blog site again. Much improved. Easy navigation. Gave me lots of options to personalize. Loaded very quickly.
Plan on loading an image tomorrow. Even gave me an option to change my username without any problems.
Also "search" worked very nicely. Nice to have a search function on a blog.
Nice job, togoodhlth.

Thanks very much. The beta is going well. We have added a ton of features but with just 2 programmers it takes a little time to get everything done as fast as I would like.
The rss is working well - Almost instantly actually. And google is indexing posts quickly.
Atom feeds will be done tomorrow and also RTF is being added.
Groups are coming together and will be almost done tomorrow.
Trackbacks (tracebacks) will be done in a few days
Photo gallery is the next area to tackle. Have some great ideas and I think photo area will be close to done by Christmas.
We ahve the installation tool done.
Soo a lot to do but it is coming together.
Thanks again for the help in testing!

Ok thanks.
Not sure why this happened.
Programmers are off until tuesday unfortunately but it will be fixed first thin in the morning.
I think it was because we were rushing to get the home page a little more organized about 10 minutes before we left for the long weekend and someone decided not to test it before leaving.
Thanks very much for letting me know about the error.
John
Ok I just checked and the registration is working but the confirmation page is not. So you should ahve still received a welcome email and should be able to login.

I got this message though there are no such fields on the regn form..
You must confirm your email address.
You must enter a city.
You must enter a state or province.
You must enter a country.
Again a Friday afternoon rush screws up the login!!
I will look into this and fix it. I will try and get one of my programmers right now.
Thanks for the heads up! I need these HUGE bugs fixed before we launch.
Thanks again!
John

AND
I was able to complete the registration WITHOUT agreeing to the Terms of Service, meaning i forgot to check the box, and the registration went though without a problem.
i also names by blog, (with was optional, but decided to doit anyway) but when i logged it, I THINK where the blog name is ment to be, just has a big "0" as the title, and "0" as the slogan line or secound title line
Sorry I missed this post.
I will look into all of this stuff. It may have been fixed already but if not consider it done tomorrow.
Thanks very much for the input! I would love it if there were no bugs to report but if there are we want to know about them!
