    Car Site

    Hi,

    I am trying to develop a car site with details and photos of cars.

    I was wondering has anyone any tips on this, particularly in relation to copyright issues? Is there a place where you can safely use car content?

    I really would be very grateful for any tips anyone migth have...

    I have designed many of these (I like to consider myself an expert). I have NEVER run into any problems using images, since most of them are found on dozens of websites and from my understanding of the law its extremely difficult to prove where they origionally came from. I would not be worried about using copyrighted photos, especially from the manufacturers since your website will be "promoting" their products. Keep in mind I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice, but in my experience you shouldn't be worried about this.
