Adding an add-on domain in cpanel is simple. It creates a sub-domain for the main domain you specified.

How do you create a sub-domain for an add-on domain with its on ftp space/directory?

I tried creating two sub-domains for add-on domains and it creates the same directory in ftp, causing a conflict.
