CraigsList clone?

Actually I've found quite a few though Google. I've sent some up to the project leads in my company (who ever would have thought I would be posting here for my FT job?).

i did see one a while back. The problem is populating it with enough current listings. You can get the software but it's zip code driven. The web guy i worked with was cloning CL, but he had no eye for look and feel.

Are you grabbing listings from cl as well? maybe a script out there for that but they may not like it.

No, this is an internal work project, so SEO and listings are not an issue, the department will link it from our homepage. We want to use something like this as a way to communicate with each other who has what extra and so on.

Resuscitation of Thread:

I would like to find a CL-like script that can be set-up and than populated users with a specific theme such as find cars online for example.

Does anyone know of other scripts?
