Designer(s) Needed For New Parking Co

I need a designer or designers to help with the design work on the front page and other pages of the site itself + potentially with templates.

I am very limited on $$$ at the time so am hoping someone is willing to work a deal on this project.

IE:

High % on parked domains
Piece of the action
etc.
