Hi. I would like to develop my site and bring it to the next level.

I would like to make the site as smooth and automated as possible. Demos of every script (except free ones)
I would like advertising space on the site organized so I can easily add or delete advertisers.
I need advice on where is the best place to go. I just don't have time to do this myself. The site is just growing all by itself. Right now it averages about 6000 visitors per day and I'm sure it will go up next month as well.
The site is established and making revenue but the problem is many of the scripts don't have demos and the site could just be fixed up in sooo many ways. Probably the scripts should have a good looking at too.
