develop a pokerforum site & keep half the proceeds for life

Hi there.

I've got a bunch of good poker forum domains and can point them all to one site...problem is, I don't really have the know-how when it comes to development. I do however have plenty of opportunity to get the name of a developed site out there when it comes time to market a site.

What I'm saying is, develop a poker forum site, I will supply an owned VB license and the hosting. When the site is complete, we can share admin duties equally on the forum and an equal share in any affiliate income the site generates for the life of the site. If/when it comes time to sell the site, we must both agree and then we will of course split proceeds from that as well.
