Develop website

I have the domain AdobePlugins.com that I would like to develop.

I can do all the front end graphics design part of the site.

I am looking for someone that can provide me with the backend portion.

If you have any ideas for what domain, please let me know.

I was thinking of having a listing of all the different types of adobe plugins available and have links to purchase them through an affiliate program.

Also, google adsense will be displayed to earn more money.

Any income generated from the site would be split 50/50.

What tehnology (php, java, .net)?
Backend = all programming stuff?

Reviews of plugins
Visitors rating of plugins
Little forum (messages) for each plugin
