We own domain Wisconsin.org (50/80/100/+ daily hits, it depends) but no idea on how getting profits by it.

Given that it's a .org name, it would be best used for a noncommercial site about the state of Wisconsin, perhaps by the tourism bureau or chamber of commerce. "Getting profits by it" shouldn't be the concern.
