I bought the script you referred to, and think it's well worth it just for the fact that parked domains end up right on the for sale page of the specific domain. To see an example click on any of these:

Video.us
Rafting.info
As alternatives, you could probably use a classified script, or auction script. I looked around and domainseller was the only one I could find specifically designed for domain sellers.
If you have less than 50 names, you're probably better off on sedo, afternic, or other hosted sites. Otherwise, it's worth the investment.
mbg, I think Domain seller is the best out there. Well worth the price.

Well, it took a lot more time than I was looking for and I'm not really close to finished but I used php-nuke to make a site.
I think the structure is going to be in line with what I'm looking for.
I really just needed a Hub to point some names to.
