Development ideas - Please help

I grabbed a few domains as more fun then anything, but could use some feedback from the members on developing them.

What one of the following domains would you develop and how would you do it?

I would develope everythingbanking in to a mortgage and banking news portal like themortgagewire.com one of my domains. I sell a lot of ads and generate like 200.00 a month from adsense on that site.. you just need a good cms and some seo..

easy cheap and profitable.

If you are at all savvy in online stock trading or the stock market you could make it a stck pick website and charge a fee to companie sto list their IPO on there and press releases, also have a investors news portal with news, forum, ads, etc...

People could go there and click on a button to pick a random company to invest in. You could charge people 1$ or something to get their lucky company and/or you could charge companies to include their names in the draw.
