I'm looking for some information on companies that resell dialup accounts.

I'm looking for a dialup reseller in the under $7 range. Hours may be limited but to no less than 100/month preferably. I am not interested at "unlimited". I don't need Hosting, I don't need mail servers, I don't need a domain. I will however need authentication (radius) and depending on fees I may or may not need a merchant account as I can use my existing account.

The costs have to be low, I'm not interested in paying $10US per account, nor am I willing to pay large setup fees.

Can you suggest any companies that are reputable? Possibly one in Canada that offers North America wide POPs?

Or perhaps you know of a virtual reseller program that offers residual income for no monthly (or very very low) fees where I can use my own domain and design. I prefer this type of format for this project as it requires less capitol and generally less of a pain in the arse.

Both types of programs need to have POPs in Canada, as it is a Canadian based site.

Note - Please do not pollute this thread with "dialup is dead" rhetoric and posts like that. It still has uses and that's what i'm trying to target.
