DNF$: 310 Location: Las Vegas | DNLease.com - Best Way To Develop This Site Hello, I'm developing my domain, DNLease.com. The intended use for the name is pretty obvious. I've looking for feedback from fellow domainers as to what would be the most useful and effective type of site for the domain leasing concept. So far, I've contemplated a database type site with domains that are available for lease, similar to LeaseThis.com. I've also thought about creating a forum, which would give lessors and lessees the ability to discuss potential transactions, both in public and private. I'm open to all of your ideas. I know there are a lot of opponents to this concept, however, my goal is to create a marketplace and structure that is beneficial to both the lessor and lessee alike. I look forward to all of your ideas and suggestions. Thanks. -Scott Last edited by DNLease.com; 10-07-2009 at 07:30 PM.. |

DNF$: 1,173 Location: Planet Google | http://www.leasethis.com/ is probably the best out of all the leasing sites I've come across. One thing you could do to improve upon that, is put a leasing figure, rather than just a "contact us" link. Also traffic stats on a rolling basis. Like, if the domain is sitting on the site for 2 months waiting to be leased, you could show the potential "buyer" the traffic and the history. Just a thought.
