    DNS mystery

Ok, I changed the nameservers from parked to my server for a domain today. Should be a routine thing. Well, the domain is resolving correctly on every PC I've checked - accept mine. I've cleared caches, histories, rebooted - used multiple browsers - even pinging from the cmd prompt is showing parked servers, but only from my PC.

Anyone experienced this before and have any advice as to how to resolve it. I'm sure its something simple, but I'm at a loss.

    Try clearing temporary internet files.
If that doesn't work, do a hard refresh which is Ctrl+Refresh button at the same time.

If that doesn't work, wait up to 48 hours and see if it resolves itself.

did all that and no luck.
ended up adding the ip and address in my local host file and thats cleared it up.

but i'm still curious how/why it happened.

    Also do
    ipconfig /flushdns
from the command line to clear your DNS cache
Your ISP might keep cached records so you would have to wait. It may take hours or days.
