    Well, i think it doesnt have any . But you can add a reference to your Sitemap into your robots.txt file like :

    User-agent: * 
Sitemap: http://www.yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml
    This would tell MSN (and all other engines) to crawl your sitemap file .
