I use Drupal CMS for my portfolio. As with content management system you get lot of features and templates. You can take a look at my dmoain portfolio website designed using drupal http://www.nameclassic.com/

No scripts involved, except for custom theme which i used css and photoshop.
Rest is all configuring Drupal CMS and using appropriate modules to get the desired result. 0% code.
All domains are set up as products, based on Ubercart module, if needed online store can be enabled and domains can be sold directly. Drupal has an extensive collection of modules and themes. SEO optimization modules, Google Analytics for tracking webite users, Advertisement module for managing ads, list goes on...
