Domain Sales Template Needed

Hi All
I need to help a friend who is starting out in the business and needs a domains sales website where she can easily add domains/remove domains/set make offers etc etc. I know there is something like this out there. Seen it beofre. Very easy to use. Very straightforward. Will also need help setting it up on the server - so if you can do this, and/or have the template, paypal is ready
