Question Dreamweaver

Hi all

I am new to web design and am looking to build a site using Dreamweaver.

As a beginner I am looking to buy either a book or tutorial software to get me started, any recommendations?

Many thanks

Mark

If you open up Dreamweaver--then click on the help menu--you will see--Guided Tour | Lessons | Reference | Using Dreamweaver and several other good tools. You will also find a link to the Macromedia Forums Online.

There are several Dreamweaver Books out there but I have never purchased any of them.

You can also find some good--and fairly cheap--templates at www.TheTemplateStore.com & www.DreamweaverTips.com

I use UltraDev--which is the version of Dreamweaver with all the bells & whistles. What version are you using?

Hi again Marco--try this place...

http://www.vtc.com/dreamweaver-mx.htm

They are video lessons and you can view the first couple chapters for free--and then decide if you like enough to buy them. They are from Mark Fletcher--a member of Team Macromedia. They look pretty good.
