Equity participation help please

I have been acquiring Domain names for a while but only have them Parked. I want to increase the revenue from them but do not have the knowledge, time or skillset necessary beyond just scratching the surface of their potential. After my day job, I just cannot devote the necessary time and energy to making a competent effort with my names.

Are there reputable small firms or proven individuals who operate a business model where they develop (to varying degrees) domain names for owners who want to be more passive, and get paid a % of the revenue received from the traffic generated for their efforts ?

I am genuinely looking for this solution for my descriptive 2 word generic .com names, and any references, direction or suggestions would be appreciated.

You can get what you're looking for if your domains are very very good and/or have traffic. For example, if you owned a domain like creditcards.com, it probably wouldn't be hard to find a partner who would develop it for you while you sat back and went to your day job, and cut some revenue sharing deal with them.

If your names aren't so good, you'll basically have to hire someone and pay them good money to build up your domains. They won't do it just for a revenue share. If they are good at what they do, they can just buy their own domains and develop them themselves.

Don't we all wish we could hand our domains over to a super developer, let them do the work, and just share the money that rolls in.

I am afraid there is no magic bullet solution, best thing to do is pick your best domain and find the time somewhere to build a blog or website.

Huge growth... Thanks for the reply. Could you tell me where I could find those Partners, or who is recognized as participating in this type of revenue sharing model ?

I believe I have some good names, maybe not the greatest tip top names, but good, solid .com names that are well worth their time and consideration.

The problem is someone who is capable of getting traffic and revenue likely has a lot of their own names they can work on, or optionally could easily hand-reg keyword names (most every day I see some good ones which are unreg'd), and develop them and keep all the income for themselves instead of sharing it so I don't see why anyone would do that free in partnership for you.

Thanks for opining on why noone would likely be interested, but perhaps you could supply any names of those that I can contact who do do this (if you know of any), and they can make their own decision.
Does anyone advertise or pursue this type of business relationship model ? I am not experienced to the world surrounding monitizing (to varying degrees) domain names, so my inquiry here is genuine.

If there is a better posting section on this site for me to asking, I'd appreciate anyone's direction to it.
