Change the color for the Admins.
Look at the bottom where it says: [ Administrator ]


Looks decent overall, I like the skin. But you should have lines between the forums where it says "Topics Posts Last Post "

Personally I would do away with the big gradients to the right.

Or reverse them. They would definitely look better the other way.

I think it looks too similar to the standard phpBB template. I'd try to do something different in the header. On my site, http://pdaphonehome.com/forums (this used to be a phpBB site and looked identical to what it is now... so these comments apply), I integrated those phpBB buttons into the javascript navigation bar that I have there. I created two different versions... one for logged in, and another for logged out. As I added non-forum pages, this allowed people to navigate around easier. Then you can expand your banner up top. The way it is now, it looks too close to the "out of the box" template.
