In spanish, in Mexico specifically, I've never heard the expression "se vende por el dueño" and nothing similar.
In the city where I live, a big one, the expression to indicate that something is in sale by owner is "trato directo".
Like in:
"Se vende casa(trato directo)"
"Vendo carro (trato directo)"

Not sure about other cities, or other countries.

By the way "Se vende" are great keywords.

thanks fisher.. the term se vende por el dueno is used by real estate professionals here in the US.. i think in time this "pharse" will catch on...i am only targeting the U.S but i will Target mexico and spain with THe term "SEVENDE" i am already making income for this term, and plan a magazine in 6 mos... there is a massive market in the U.S and nobody in the hispanic market will do what im going to do... hopefully this will be the starting point for other hispanic domains in the U.S
