forum designer required

Hi all,

Can anyone recommend a good web designer who’s got good experience in constructing forums (using Invision Board)? I require an existing IB to be moved (along with members and posts), a header logo to be designed and possibly a custom skin designed as well.

I do have a designer that would do this for me but at the moment he’s a bit busy so maybe I’ll try someone else.

I’ve tried contacting the design/Hosting department at invisionboard.com directly but as yet no reply, this was three days ago.

Well, I have some experience with IB. I may be able to help you out with some things. Depending on all that you need. I cannot design logos or anything, Im not a graphics person. But I can help you out the best I can with some stuff.

I am interested as well. I would like to add a custom header (sort of like this forum) on my invision board, but am at a bit of a loss on how to proceed...

One of my web designer guy makes some iBF templates ... he is also a coder [even did analysis of vb3], so I am sure he can move it too.

I am not worried about the design part, it is actually incorporating it into the board that is giving me trouble...

Abusiveelusive – Thanks for your offer of help, I will take you up on that offer. Pm sent and replied thank you.

AhmedF – Will most likely take you up on this as I gather not many pre made skins exsist for the new version of IB. Will let you know when the board has been moved to it’s new location so we can discuss terms.

Beatz – Again thanks for your offer but I have a graphics guy who’s done good quality work for me in the past so I will stick with what I know and use him.

Seriously if any other members want a board setting up, and FREE at that A.S really is your man. Very helpful, even installed several Skins until I finally decided on one on felt looked right. Strongly recommended!

The logo is stored here:

/forum/style_images/1/logo4.gif


So FTP to forum, then choose style images then 1 then replace logo4.gif with the logo you want.

This is how it works i believe.

Yes, I think that is the easy way to replace the logo. Though if you wanted a full size logo, and buttons there, like above, that would take more works.

yeah, replacing the logo was easy. what I need help with is installing a full header like there is on this board.

The html I can do. I just can't seem to figure out how to integrate it into IB.
