French Pay Per Click

I have some good french domains, potage.com, boxeur.com, for example, that generate type-in traffic. Does anyone know of a pay per click search engine, like DomainSponsor, TrafficZ, etc but in french?

You can actually list your domain using the English interface if you want to at www.sedo.co.uk or www.sedo.us making sure you select French as the language.

Well, my knowledge of french is pretty limited, so I appreciate the suggestion about signing up in English. I was able to slog through the french application form, and they wisely allowed the option of designating an alternate language.

Just make sure that you select French as the language the page and adverts use. (In the drop down language box near the beginning of the listing page)

You can check this once you have the page set up to make sure it is right. (forward/redirect the domain name to the landing page, of course).

but from my limited experience they dont pay much, no matter how specialised is the traffic. A good example are casino that pay $0.75 some time $1 per subscription in france (for the best affilaition) i saw many casino affiliation proposing way more per subscription in other country.

sedo is to one to avoid they pay like nothing

In one word you are probably better out working with US affiliate hoping your french traffic can read english than having a french affililiate getting all the profit and leaving you some left over. But again my experience in that matter is kinda small

Well, I gave sedo a try. I like the company as they brought me a customer for my best domain sale of last year. The revenue from 3 excellent french names, potage.com, tirer.com & boxeur.com was nil. So, I have removed the names from sedo. If anyone else has a better experience with Sedo, please post.

what kind of traffic (quantity wise) you get on the domains you tried on sedo?

Relatively low traffic, around 10 impressions per name or less per day. However, these always generated some revenue on other search pages in the past.

By the way, I have used the following revenue generating pay per click services, and here is what I have found:

DomainSponsor - a bit difficult figuring out at first, but the revenue is great. I am averaging >$10/cpm. If you want to join, please do so via my site http://www.dn4s.com so I can get a referral commision. If you sign up via my site, let me know and I will give you 200 DNF bucks.

Roar.com (Fabulous.com) - great service, with a zillion options, and you can probably make a lot of $ with the right domains. I average around $5/cpm.

TrafficZ - I got pathetic revenue. <$3/cpm, even though they have 2 programs, and one pays a "guaranteed" $3/cpm. Problem is that a lot of the traffic does not get counted, so the net cpm is more like $1.50

DomainSpa - I will give them a try when they get their online stats working. Until then, they are not ready for prime time.

sedo - Not worth the time as the revenue was too low to calculate.
