Gastric cancer domains, does Big Pharma/hospitals buy domains?

I was wondering if I should approach a few big Pharma (Merck, etc.)companies or hospitals to see if they might want any of the domains listed below for their drugs or services.

Is it legal for big pharma or hospitals to own generic domains to promote their drugs or services?

If not, should I develop or sell them? or any other ideas??

With baby boomers living longer and the rise in gastric cancer I thought they were worth the investment.....

Many Rx firms have generics. Some don't. They are all still pretty brand dependent.

I have not explored this avenue but hold many generic medical names. Many receive traffic likley from people researching the disease/cure/treatment by direct navigation.
Medical clicks can pay reasonable $$.
