Register Today on DNForum IT'S FREE!I can't decide what to develop next - a site about mortgages or music lyrics. I already own both domains so that's not a worry. I am still new to development so it does take me a while to develop a site.
From what I have researched it seems that mortgage keywords pay higher than lyrics but lyrics are more frequently searched than mortgages. Mortgages would be more difficult for me to write about, but a lyrics site would take a long time until it would be ready to go live (I would start it as just hip hop lyrics).
What are your opinions on my findings and what should influence my decision as to which one to develop first.

Im assuming you're developing the domains to be monetised, if so, who is more likely to click an ad on those sites?
Someone (read pre-teen) looking for the lyrics to the latest "50 cent" single, or someone (read money making adult) looking for the best mortgage for their house?

Yes I am developing them to be monetized. I would think that an adult looking at info for mortgages would be more likely to click on an ad.
I know that divulging CTR is against the rules but is there anywhere to find approximate CTR of diffirent keywords?
