Help Me Think? What To Do With My Website?

I have a site, www.turnkeywizard.com

I originally wanted to use it to sell website/businesses that I sell on ebay but I ran into some problems
1. I sold my sites on ebay so quick that I didn't even have time to list them on the website
2. I ran out of ideas of sites to sell

Then I wanted to sell the whole site and just make my money back but the reserve was not met (surprising to me).

So I am open to ideas on what to do with the site

Maybe make it so 3rd party could sell teir turnkey businesses for a commission. Been selling some on ebay too but personally, ebay isn't the best market for those (too much junk sites) imho.

That would cost me too much to have made. I could use other scripts and it would cost less but this website wasn't made for that reason. It is made for me to sell something, whether it be templates or businesses

Hi.

Not necessarily saying to make it a free-for-all but potentially make partnerships with other turnkey/template builders and list their sites for sale on your site. This way you can have a much greater "inventory" and you can share the marketing and development costs to some point.
