[FOR HIRE] Wordpress Integration Expert

Hello,

I recently hired a wordpress expert to integrate a re-design of my website into wordpress so the website would be easier to manage. A lot of the work has been done, but I'm looking for somebody to finish the project as my developer is no longer able to complete the project. (You may want to start from scratch and that is fine with me too)

So what I need is this:
- Complete integration of main-page design into wordpress
- Complete integration of sub-page designs into wordpress so that when I add new pages, it uses the sub-page to make a new page and so the content only needs to be updated.
- Certain aspects of each page will need to be editable from the admin panel as well
