I've been looking around too, and for now I've just settled with Excel. It's not the greatest, but it gets the job done.

Not sure it's the perfect forum but thought i'd ask.
Anybody can suggest a client management software package for Hosting reselling? I have a small reseller package setup and would like something to manage my clients and deal with their info, billing, ...
Looked around but most solutions i saw were relativley expensive (~200$ or so) and was sondering if anybody knew of open source solutions or something free.
Thanks

www.phpmanager.com - I use it currently and am happy with it
www.modernbill.com - checked it out, but was too much for what I needed and was more $$
Check here for others: http://www.hotscripts.com/PHP/Script...Hosting_Tools/
Thanks think.
I'v already checked out hotscript. But seems like most decent solutions were too expensive. ModernBill looks awsome, but too expensive for my needs. Was considering writing my own in PHP but would take too long and need something in the short term. PhpManager seems really interesting for the price. Would need to add support for my merchant account (Echo-Inc) but that's trivial.
Modernbill is top notch. Too expensive? It's only $14.95/mo. A web Hosting company should be able to cover that cost, else I'd sure be afraid to host my site with you.![]()

Hi RJ.
I really like the ModernBill feature set, i'm more concerned that since i'm not primarily reselling Hosting (it's a side effect of reselling websites with optional hosting) that it will take a while to make the investment worth while.
Try Alberto's ClientExec (www.clientexec.com)
ClientExec isn't relased yet, it's still in beta mode :(
I think ModernBill is the one to go for, get the monthly payment option.
ClientExec is being released 14 Feb 03.
