I have a web site that is currently being "SEO"d. The idea is to get lots of visitors to the site, via the usual optimization methods. So now here's my question - do y'all know of someone who is good at taking existing site content and revamping it so that the visitors will actually BUY the products being sold - e.g. suggestions and strategy for pop unders, highlights, promotions of certain products, marketing etc etc?
If you or someone you know has this skill set, please let me know. Once again - I'm not looking for SEO - I'm looking for help to convert visitors to customers once they arrive.

looks like my limited knowledge could help.
based on what you said, I believe you need a web log analyzer to learn where you visitors decide to leave your site before buying.
With it you can track users click pattern through your site and then start strengthening the adcopy or offer additional discounts or promotions or whatever on that page to keep them on track to the checkout.
