What kind of Hosting plan you getting? If it's a shared account on a site that oversells, they'll kill the account by way of CPU/server load restrictions, so you may not actually use it all.

Otherwise, if you're getting a VPS or dedicated, you're better off.

But to answer your questions, video. You'll max out your space and bandwidth rather quickly, and these aren't as CPU/load-intensive as dynamic (php) scripts, so the load limitation may allow you to reach the higher limits of your account.

You have generally to have an expensive Hosting plan to get 10Mb bandwidth. The norm is 1.00-1.5Mb contended, generally amongst ~50 people. 100Mb is ultra-expensive and it's extremely unlikely you have that. Your 200GB of disk space is ample for most things other than huge media files, and you will need 10Mb bandwidth for that to get an attentive, returning audience.
