If you are new to domains and looking to buy, sell and learn about domains then you have come to the right place. DNForum is the largest domain name community on the internet and continues to grow every day. There are over 105,000 domainers on DNForum doing everything from buying domains, selling domains, learning about domains and discussing domains. Take a minute and Register.

The reason I ask is that I'm developing a website about community information and my plan is to provide links to different sites in the community i.e. the town's official site, the library, the Board of Education etc. etc. - is it advisable to ask? Or is it assumed that a site can link to any site and that there are no rules about linkage?
Many thanks for your input.

It shouldn't matter because they would be getting hits,IMHO.............No DNF's needed![]()
You are right and most sites welcome linkage but there are some sticky issues i.e. American Express link policy of late.

alot of sites that have been built around a theme dont like some links and i s'pose legally it can sometimes be illegall but there doesn't tend to be a problem. If anyone complains to you, just take it off!
Only 3 links allowed in signature
