Looking for help with maybe a legal issues.
I have been developing a website related to auctions.
I was looking at modifications for my site and seen some nice mods.

This mod is a listing design that the company eBay uses. I was told by the seller " The images in the templates are all public domain images "
What do you think or know about something like this?

You should be fine - unless you get a c&D then you should just take it down.
Other than that, don't sweat it too much.
