sell it to me lolz

well the first thing i could think of was an attorney/ lawyer. Make it a legal advisory site. You can put in some good legal information to start with, and also create a forum as a legal advisory board.
Then you could prolly ask interested lawyers to take part on the boards by which they could also offer their services to a larger community.
From then on, you can turn it into a nice n commercial portal.

I think it can have a VERY good scope.
just my two cents there.

Great domain, but kinda vague, so quite rightly you are having problems pinning down a distinct development avenue. This might be one for plain resale...
