I want to start a domain leaseing company where we own good domains where buyers my perchase the domain for say $750 or lease for $19.95 /month.

They dont get a "Real" control center, we will have software made where they can set the name / address and Name servers. When anything is changed in there account somone will go into the enom or Directi account we keep the domains in to what they want. (and put a limt to 1 change per month)

But this could work out well, I just dont have that many domains. Im interesed in a partnership with a domain name company.

Don't think that'll fly that well. Simply because if people can get a domain for 10 bucks a year, why would they pay 10 bucks a month. If you say "because I have the domain they want" then that might lead to legal troubles.

I doubt that will fly, we have enough problems keeping legalities in order with ownership only and I doubt people without the money are going to start buying expensive domains because their is financing available

Yes agree.

Those who want to use good domains and are ready to rent them, are most likely ready to pay retail prices for them.

Although, I can't say your idea hasn't crossed my mind before.

Well I was think it would be a way for like domain shops, who are sitting on domains that havent sold to rent them monthly and that way they have some income on the doamin. I mean I had 200 domains I didnt use I was sitting on and I sold them for $5 each. Now I wish I had like rented them (had offers but never set it up) but I realized I was stupid. So I dont know, im always looking for things to do.....

I have tooo much time on my hands.
