I don't know if I agree. I think that Twitter is going to be around for quite a while. I think what people like about it is the simplicity. If you want to make it more complicated, you can use one of a plethora of applications. Facebook on the other hand does everything, but is more complicated as a result.

Bit erratic, residual traffic from previous site called "Universal Global Resources" which it is a great name for (check out wayback.org, their site looked very bad though, something better-looking could do better perhaps, but it would have to be something useful).
