    I'm looking to develop StockFonts.com

Hey what's up everyone? I'm getting ready to develop stockfonts.com... I am trying to figure out if there is a good script out there that I can use to upload the fonts and help me track the downloads...

Do you think using wordpress would be find if developed right? I have seen some nice font sites out there using wordpress and they look like they are doing just fine.

Any advice would be much appreciated!

    Thanks,

    -J

Wordpress would probably be okay. You might want to look at themeforest.net to get some ideas from the "gallery-style" and eCommerce WP themes there. Another Content Management Framework you might want to explore is MODx (modxcms.com). Very flexible, customizable and clean.

    Hope that helps.

Wordpress is fine as a CMS, it has a few annoyances but other that that it works well. There are a couple of plugins that monitor downloads.

annoyances Download Monitor or Simple Download Monitor.
