Does it matter in what format i put internal links on my website (to be used in the nav menu, footer and in general)?
eg.
/news/ or
/news/index.php

Never link to "index" pages on your domain.
Link to www.domain.com/ or www.domain.com/foo/ but NEVER to www.domain.com/index.php or www.domain.com/foo/index.html
