The use of this name is limited only by your imagination. That's the good part! Jimser is a lightly (very lightly) used surname. 16 exact and 58 broad searches were made for it on Google last month. That means that you will be 'branding' it which will require real content and promotion. Personally, I'd pick another name with more organic support to build out unless you have money and a plan.
