Like many others I am in search of work, whether it be a quick PHP fix or a full out site development. I've been designing and coding part-time for about 3 years now. I work with PHP, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop and am available for hire.
If you have a project on the back burner then send it my way and get it off the to-do list. Below is a summary of a few projects I have completed that will highlight my skills. A portfolio is available at www.jeanco.ca
www.epasture.com
This started as a personal project and developed into a fully functional database-driven PHP site (obviously dynamic). The site was designed and coded from the ground up by myself. It uses mySQL database that stores the content and PHP to access the database and display it. The site has many unique features such as mouse-over descriptions (ex: click laughables from the navigation menu and mouseover any of the links). It also features search engine optimization such as the page title changing dynamically with the content.
www.jeanco.ca/freepokerchips
This site is currently in development for a client and is nearing completion. It was a fairly straight-forward site with a clean design. Content is dynamic using PHP allowing easy modification to the overall template. Custom photography was also included (the set of poker chips utilized in the header is my set).
www.flamingexhaust.com
This was a client who requested a fun layout similar to ePasture.com but obviously related to selling his product, flaming exhaust kits. This site is also dynamic and search engine otimized.
www.foymedia.com
I worked with FOY Media over the summer and coded a number of websites including re-coding their homepage. I designed and coded www.dykortech.com while working there which was a client who needed a simple site to showcase his product (includes streaming video). Other sites I coded include:
- www.absoluteontheweb.com and affiliates sites
Misc.
A lot of the work I do is done behind the scenes. I've done custom scripting for:
- www.hometownhosting.com (converting their site to be dynamic and minor edits such as customizing forms and searches)
- www.lintec.ca (edited and added features to their management system including a new step in the order process and additional organizational features)
Please contact me via PM, email, or the contact form available at www.jeanco.ca with a description of your project and I'll get back to you with a quote as soon as possible.
Thanks for your interest.
