Looking to partner on dev. of PregameWarmupdotcom

Hi All,

I own PregameWarmup[.]com. It used to be a website with sports forum(s) and must of had good traffic. You can see what it looked like at Archive.org.

Anyway, here's my idea:

I've contacted the former owner and he's willing to sell the site/files, zip and e-mail me the website files. He claims it'll take 8-15 hours to have the site up and running again. I have no experience loading or maintaining sites.

I'd like to find someone with the technical abilities to to upload the files on their server and manage the site/forums and build this site back up.

I'll keep the domain name that I've already purchased/own and point to your server. I'll pay the former owner for the site/files and then forward them to you.

I want to have a reasonably prominent, visible spot "above the fold" on the site to display my small Adsense ad (you enter my code for me). The partner gets to display a non-competing ad on the main page and ads throughout the remainder of the site as long as it doesn't "cheese" it up.

Lastly, if this site gets back up to the point where there are loads of visitors and the ads are making decent $, we can mutually agree (if we want to) to sell the site and domain together and split the proceeds equitably.

I'm looking for someone with good website/forum technical skills that is willing to host and maintain the site at no cost to me. I'm looking to partner with someone that is very interested/informed in US professional sports (watches a lot of ESPN.

Again, in return I provide use of a great domain that still is receiving about 250 visitors/month, I provide/pay for the website files that you will control and I get some Adsense on main page.

You provide the technical work/maintainence and are able to profit off the majority of the ads (if you're reasonable, we'll be able to work out the details). You will also participate equitably in possible future profits from sale of site/domain.

If you are a resident and sports fan of US professional sports, have the server and technical know-how to run this thing, please send me a PM. Thanks.

Bill
