DNF$: 2,626 Location: Grand Rapids, MI | Looking for a Web Design Freelancer I am considering 'hiring' a web design freelancer to help me develop new client sites and revamp current client sites. In searching the net I have not had an easy time finding people who freelance (surprisingly enough!) in web design
I use Front Page to design and maintain my sites, and would prefer any freelancer I work with to do the same (since I will be doing regular maintenance to the site)
I handle all hosting and domain management - I just need a designer. If anyone here is interested in more info, please feel free to pm me. |

DNF$: 2,626 Location: Grand Rapids, MI | I have put up a page with more information (including examples) here: http://www.frontrowmarketing.com/helpwanted.htm
And for the record, you don't have to be that good to be better than me |

Posts: n/a | Frontpage? I don't understand - you say you use FrontPage - your helpwanted site was written in NotePad - had you used any Frontpage Template it would have looked much better. If that's your best you can do then I have to say anyone using Frontpage is much better than you. That would include me.

Not actively, but I am always interested in names of interested parties for the file. I never use templates - all of my work is started on a clean pallette. The help wanted page was done in front page, but it was not meant to be a sample of 'my best' - it was simply meant to convey my message. |

DNF$: 2,626 Location: Grand Rapids, MI | Don't always believe what you see - there are tools available that remove that junk. It's nobody's business what editor I use to design my pages, unless I want them to know. Especially when I use Microsoft - the shame alone is enough to justify the removal of the FP meta crap. |

What I don't understand is this: If you thought this was such a HOT site that you would have to hide the Editor - why then would you reveal the source code? Just doesn't jive!

DNF$: 2,626 Location: Grand Rapids, MI | Is this really that interesting to you? Hiding the front page crap has nothing to do with thinking my site is so hot. It is something I do on all of my sites, as much to spite Microsoft as to protect my choice for privacy. Disabling the right-click is not something I've ever felt the desire to do, mostly because there is nothing that unique or proprietary in my code to hide. Besides, disabling the right-click does nothing to keep people from looking at your source code - it just closes one of the two easy avenues to doing it. |

What is the other easy avenue to viewing the source code? If the right click is disabled so is the menu view - then what other way is there of viewing the source code?

DNF$: 2,626 Location: Grand Rapids, MI | If you can't view it from the menu, you could always save the page (or find it in your temp directory) and open it via notepad |

Not actively, but I am always interested in names of interested parties for the file. I don't have any flash designers at the moment, so if the need comes up I'll certainly look him up.
Thanks! |
