Thumbs down Lypha.com = The Worst Service

Signed up for a reseller account with them 4 days ago because their reseller plans looked good.

They swiftly took my money 4 days ago.
Yet, as of the writing of this post, I have yet to receive any setup information whatsoever.

I've opened numerous trouble tickets kindly requesting the service I've paid for and I keep getting the same BS responses.

I received the following response 3 times, by 3 different (obviously not real) people.

    Hi ,

    Thank you for your message.

I have forwarded your request to the concerned department. They will get back to you regarding this as soon as possible.

Thank you again, please feel free to contact us if you have any more questions we are more than happy to hear from you.

    Warm regards,

BOTTOM LINE: A warning to everyone out there to steer clear of Lypha.

Anybody else have any experiences with Lypha?

lol just be patient, some web hosts really look good but barely get business if any... when they do figure out that somebody signed up, a week or two later they will get you up and running then hopefully
