I know anyone could use their news service and integrate it into a website, but I can not find it on their page..

I am currently using it at bluefoot.net

Did they discontinue this ?
If so, do you know any other similair websites that provide dynamic news for a website ?

They stopped accepting new sign-ups when they realized it isn't profitable to hand out free stuff.

There is still a way to sign up for it. I remember finding it somewhere online a few weeks ago.

Or alternatively, find a site using them and View Source.
