Hi guys. I have created a "media" search engine and are currently creating a forum in the same niche. Where is the best place to find music, video (media)
traffic?

I would do some cherry picking of sites to advertise on via Adbrite.com. There are quite a few in your niche.

I guess I really don't understand what you mean by "partners". Exchange link partners?

I really wouldn't know offhand if there is such a resource site. It's not a niche I'm involved in. I would probably just do some spying on what a similar search engine like yours is doing and see what websites are linking to them. http://www.marketleap.com/publinkpop/

You can then find "link exchange" partners with sites that do such as well as find resources you are (and aren't) looking for.
