    my site is one of theres,they can make any thing, flash ,html,but there specialty is flash,there from hawaii and india i think

    you're not going to like this, but go to NetworkSolutions.com and click on the Websites tab. In there, under "Free Trial" there's a tool that'll let you browse all their ImageCafe website templates. About 3-4 pages in, you'll find an entire series of city website templates. I think they have 50 or so. Very nicely done.
    cost - $5 bucks a month plus the over-priced $35 dollar domain name or transfer.
