Need an easy to change but good cms

I have tried Mambo and while it is a nice system I cannot seem to change the logo or rest of the look easily. Is there a good, but easy to change content management system that I can find that offers similar features as Mambo, but with a much easier to modify layout.

I am starting a high content site that is business related and I want to be able to place my ads easy and install my google adsense within webpages and Mambo just is not the CMS to do this with.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
