there are many free adult hosts out there....thousands of them
For adult Hosting try kinghost.com (.net). If they are still all filled up, try a less popular (but equally reliable) such as sellsex.org. They all seem to require you display some sort of banner or footer though. If you are just starting the footer does not totally "kill" your site. Some even will let you use their namaseservers and the ones I mentioned offer full FTP!

www.web1000.com - havent tried them, heard some good things though!
